The Fort Lewis Geology Club is proud to present Preserved, a film about the geology, biology, and ecology of Vermejo, a conservation focused ranch in New Mexico and Colorado. Preserved explores the human and natural history of this 558,000 acre property from the age of the dinosaurs to modern conservation efforts. The film discussions from author Craig Childs, conservationist Kris Tompkins, and ecologist Dr. Sophie Gilbert. Join us for the first Durango screening of this film and fun geology themed concessions!
